This is a demonstration of how the reporting process can work on a basic mobile phone, with no internet and no data. No real USSD short code is connected. Different access channel. Same national protection system.

A report completed here is placed in the same National Intake queue used by authorised Ministry personnel, with the channel recorded as USSD. Risk level, not channel, determines priority.
No live USSD short code, SMS gateway or network integration exists in this prototype. Codes will be published only once officially assigned and verified.
